Refund/ Return Policy
Online Access is non-refundable. A full refund for the cost of the CD-ROM or
DVD-ROM portion of all products offered by Conference Archives, Inc. will be
made if product is returned within 30 days from the date the product was received.
Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be made
after 30 days from receipt of product.
Canceling An Order
A request to cancel all or part of an order is best submitted to us directly by
phone during customer service business hours. Because this is an electronic ordering
system designed for fast fulfillment we may not be able to cancel your order once
you have submitted it to us for processing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping Policy
Orders for CD-ROM or DVD-ROM companion products for conferences with an event date
which occurred greater than 90 days before an order is placed will be shipped within
two (2) business weeks.
Orders for CD-ROM or DVD-ROM companion products for conferences with an event date
which occurred less than 90 days before an order is placed, or scheduled to occur in
the future, will be shipped in accordance with specific estimated ship dates published
for each event.
Changing Shipping Information Or Method
A request to change shipping address or method is best submitted to us directly by phone
during Customer Care business hours. Because this is an electronic ordering system
designed for fast fulfillment we may not be able to make changes to your order once you
have submitted it to us for processing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Pricing Error & Inaccuracy Disclaimer
Information on Conference CartSM may contain errors or inaccuracies and may
not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors or
inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice
(including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors or
inaccuracies may be related to product descriptions, pricing and availability. In the
event of a pricing error, Conference Archives, Inc. will provide you with the following
options: (1) to proceed with the transaction based on the corrected information; or
(2) to cancel your transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are not
fully satisfied with your purchase due to any errors or inaccuracies, you may return it
for Refund. Please see our Refund Policy for further information.
Pricing
Items in your shopping cart will reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's
product detail page. Adding items to your cart does not reserve the current prices shown
at that time; prices are reserved only by placing an order.
Discounts are limited-time offers and are not valid with other offers.
If items are advertised at lower prices than the Conference CartSM promotional
prices, please contact Customer Service at sales@conferencearchives.com, and we will adjust
the price for you. Price adjustments cannot be applied to orders that have already been
submitted. Conference Archives, Inc. reserves the right to adjust pricing and determine if
promotional pricing will apply.
